Everything got canceled, Yoga,π§♀️ writers,π etc. After we did a lot of "office work",ππ though, we did get a chance to get out. We shoveled snow,π»after the carπ got stuck. I was going to go to the chicken place for a Senior discount. Then, we knew the only way to get to the mailboxπand Ghezzi's market, was to walk. πΆ♀️πΆ♂️ So there we were, two seniors, walking through the cold night, our replacement for Lee's Chicken...
Chicken sandwichesπ...Delicious!
We got Snowed π» in, meaning our driveway goes back to the alley. So, Bill called the City, and she made a note of it. She said the city usually takes care of the alleys, but hadn't gotten around to it. The priority was the roads, first. We got a knock π€ on the door,πͺ and a guy from the City said they'd examined the Sewerπ·♂️lines and couldn't find anything wrong. Bill said he'd never complained about the Sewer. The problem was the Snow. The guy did not seem to understand how impossible it was to get out from our garage to go through π the alley and kept offering alternatives that wouldn't work. It also seems Bill couldn't convince the guy that he'd never put in a complaint about the Sewer.π·♂️The guy told him he should be clearer. Sorry fella, but a once broadcaster majors in clarity.π
