They'll Get Over It - Not 🐢

 No, the Senator's 🐢 just observant.

They went through an unexpected pandemic

and scrambled to make home made masks online.

It took awhile, and the guy got voted out,

but eventually, they forgot.

Then, an insurrection where his own VP

 was going to be strung up and the Speaker shot.

But a little gaslighting from "State News"

To tell them what they saw,

They didn't see.

So, they got over it, 

And his guys kept plotting,

And the real news kept warning;

these thugs were not done yet,.

despite being put away.

The public was relieved for awhile,

So they could get over it,

Then, under the competent one,

the economy boomed,

but all they could see

was the price of eggs,

since the hens had their own pandemic.

And Mr. slippery man

 pointed that out alot.

Must be the darker people in their midst,

and when he got back, 

he dismissed the thugs,

and perhaps put masks on them 

with black uniforms

to punish the people 

for being a shade darker,

illegally sending them out

without due process.

Had to be brought back,

so they could get over it again.

And now a bill that will destroy

the very people complaing about eggs.

But as the Senator 🐢 said,

"They'll get over it."

Even though he would not have,

if he hadn't had the help when young,

he would have been in an iron lung 

or worn braces, on crutches.

And he never would have

gotten over it.
